This is one of my go-to fast recipes
This is delicious as is, but you can also top with whatever you have around the house. As pictured above, I added ground turkey with a drizzle of chili crisp and avocado with black sesame seeds. All in all, this meal only took me five minutes to make and kept me full all day (and it’s only 342 calories per serving).
Ingredients you’ll need:
soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, nut butter (this is what I used), one bag of shredded cabbage (preferably washed and ready to go), one package “Skinny” konjac noodles (these are the noodles I used)
Optional ingredients: pre-cooked ground turkey, chili crisp, avocado, black sesame seeds
Follow these easy steps for the base:
- Whisk together ¼ cup of nut butter, ¼ cup of soy sauce, and ⅛ cup of rice wine vinegar. Adjust amounts to your preferred taste.
- Stir in shredded cabbage and “Skinny” konjac noodles until the sauce is coating everything nicely.
*A note on the noodles: The “Skinny” noodles I used come precooked and ready to eat. For this recipe, you’ll just want to strain and rinse them first.
