Rich, yet healthy – this dip hits the spot every time.

We get requests for this at every family party. It’s great with both veggies and potato chips. Made with Greek yogurt and a generous portion of crab, this dip will also help you hit any protein goals you have this year.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 container of cold-packed lump crab meat from the deli
  • Large container of full-fat Greek yogurt (Fage is the best)
  • Worcestershire sauce – five dashes or more to taste
  • Lowrys or your favorite seasoning salt
  • 2-4 Tbsp dried dill


Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients together, adjusting seasoning to your liking

  2. Serve with chips and/ or veggies. I really like adding thin slices of raw yams – they taste great with this dip and it’s usually something new for your guests.
